St. James’ Youth Group meets youth where they are and guides them closer to Christ. The youth stay active all year long with events like youth group parties, a Christmas pageant, hiking, spiritual growth classes, movie nights, quarterly outreach programs, and the diocese’s JYC and HYC, and so on.

Middle School – Grades 6–8

Sundays at 9:30–10:10 a.m.

The Jr. High group is all about discovering their own identity and developing their relationship with Christ. They have questions and are eager to learn. The energetic volunteers are ready to guide them with Biblical answers. Their time together begins with a donut and fellowship. Then there is an activity or game. Next is the topic discussion. Their time is finished with a group prayer.

Sr. High – Grades 9–12

Sundays at 9:30–10:15 a.m.

The Sr. High group is encouraged to take their faith to the next level through leadership, and outreach with coffee to the new members. They have many questions, opinions, and are ready to find out the answers. The committed volunteers are ready with a listening ear and Biblical guidance to help them discover the answers. Their time together is called: “Donut Dialogue.” This means they have donuts and a topic discussion.
